Savvy Business?

Take a location sold by a failing Dunkin' Donuts, change the name to something that doesn't have any brand recognition, and then wonder why no one comes there... Although I'd like to check it out just to see how much it shares with its previous tenents. It looks like they pretty much just changed font and first word on the signs...
